Project Managers/Site Manager/ Construction
Managers:
Shall be Graduate/ Diploma
Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineer having minimum 10 to 15 years of hand
on experience for managing Electrical & Instrumentation part of the
Petrochemical, Refinery, Power or any Industrial Project. The candidate
shall have very strong interpersonal skill in to manage all
Techno-Commercial part of the projects. Self driven, Decision Making, Team
Building and Project Communication and co-ordination abilities, and fully
conversant with the computer handling is highly desirable. Project Manager
shall be capable to Manage minimum 2 to 3 projects independently from HQ &
Site Manager/CM shall be fully conversant to manage one project as Site
Head / Head of Construction.
QA / QC Manager/ Engineers and Safety Manager/
Officers:
Shall be graduate / Diploma
Engineer in any discipline having minimum five year field experience for
managing & developing quality control/ HSE of any project. Shall be versed
in developing & motivating people to maintain the quality in work and
application of quality control by developing methods and formats.
Planning & Co-Ordination Manager/ Engineer:
Shall be Graduate Engineer in any discipline and versed in Planning,
Scheduling vide MS project & Primavera, visualizing, Work Control, Cost
Control, to build the efficient Co-Ordination and have a capacity to see
the end result of project.
Material Manager, Material Controller, Store
Keeper, Asst. Store Keeper:
Person shall be a Graduate/
Diploma Engineer preferably with 5 Year & more material management
experience. A person having sufficient experience and interpersonal skill
with any qualification to manage complete material management
independently as In-charge is desirable.
Superintendent
–Electrical/ Instrumentation: Shall be Graduate / Diploma holder having minimum 5 to 7 Years of
Electrical/Instrumentation Experience and able to manage Electrical/
Instrumentation part of project independently. Shall be capable to manage
minimum 10 group of work force for their discipline.
Supervisor – Electrical/ Instrumentation:
Shall be minimum diploma engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in the
electrical/ Instrumentation project.
Other than above, we invites Field Engineers, Foreman,
Administration personal having 3 to 15 Years hand-on project experience.
