BJP Leader: 'Hindus are more involved in ISI activities'

Satya Deo Singh, deputy president of the Uttar Pradesh unit of BJP said on 30 September in Agra that most people working for infamous ISI are Hindus. According to him government records show that most people found to be involved in the ISI activities are Hindus and not Muslims.

Muslims have for long been accused of involvment in ISI activities in various parts of the country. They are also regularly branded as 'ISI agents.' Mosques and madrasas are also said to be hideouts of anti-national elements.

He said that the BJP cannot neglect the 120-million-strong Muslim population of the country. He added that the latest call of Bangaru Laxman to join BJP has generated favourable response from the Muslim community in the country.
