Rules for children of a ‘lesser god’ sans the Indian's rights
The custodians of India’s Constitution, self-appointed, have decided to change the rules of engagement. By a majority vote, they have decided that Indian society is undervalued and it’s time values were changed, ignoring other minor issues such as secularism, democracy, the rule of law, religion and the rights of an Indian citizen. They claim that lesser beings cannot afford such luxuries as democracy and have issued the following rules to be strictly observed by all citizens of unfortunate birth. Big Brother will be watching to ensure compliance.

» All children of a lesser God will no longer be permitted to own shops, cinemas, restaurants, hotels and any other establishment that has the potential to allow them to earn a living. This is to counter the serious threat to the national economy, which is overheated and needs to be brought back to the Hindu rate of growth.
» The same children will, every day, present themselves before their enlightened neighbours, bringing their entire family, for inspection. They will be judged on appearance, whether they have bathed, their hands are clean, hair in place, nails trimmed, head bowed and feet properly manacled. On receiving a certificate of approval from the neighbour, they will be allowed to shuffle back to their homes and stay behind locked doors. This is to ensure that more enlightened citizens can breathe pure, unpolluted air.
» All those of unfortunate birth will be required to travel to Gujarat and report to the nearest police station every month to obtain a No-Objection-Living-Certificate to them, countersigned by chief minister Narendra Modi. Any violations of their parole and of the code of conduct will result in severe penalties. The violations include talking, breathing, eating in public places, laughing, earning money or walking with face uncovered.
» All lesser beings, identified by knots and crosses, will be given a Procreation Allowance permitting them to have one child or preferably none since they have a limited future anyway. This is to reduce the population, which is seen as getting out of hand.
» The homeless will be moved to rehabilitation camps where they will be treated for physical and mental ailments by qualified doctors. In some countries, this is called being indoctrinated. Those with homes who don’t deserve them will be paid a visit by experts from Gujarat who are currently all fired up.
» The children of those unfortunate enough to be born to parents of inferior birth will only be admitted to special schools where they will be taught the revised curriculum prepared by renowned educationist Professor Murli Manohar Joshi.
» Finally, children of lesser gods will be weeded out from all municipal corporations whether they are sweepers, gardeners or garbage collectors. These are sensitive jobs where only the trusted, patriotic and loyal should be employed. This measure is meant to counter the threat they pose to national security, seen as being far more dangerous than cross-border terrorism.
