Learn from others
I think there is a great deal of need for India as well as rest of the world to try new ways of governance. We need to look around and try to learn from the experiences of others. Switzerland is not as diverse as India is. However, it does share a considerable degree of multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual complexity. Switzerland’s main linguistic groups of Germans (75%), French (20%) and Italians (4%) appear to be enjoying enviable peace, prosperity and amity. We can learn a lot from their way of thinking and governance.
