Iqra’ to train AP Muslims for civil services
Hyderabad: Muslim candidates, who plan to appear for Civil Service exams like IAS, IPS, will be provided training under the guidance of Iqra’ Society for Career Guidance in collaboration with United Economic Forum (UEF).
The Iqra Society and UEF have taken this initiative because the Muslim representation has gradually decreased in civil services. Only those candidates who are sincere in appearing and have completed their graduation or post graduation will be considered for the coaching. Final year graduate students may also apply. Those having good academic record with more than 70 percent marks will be given complete one-year training and those from districts will be given free training along with arrangements with food and lodging as well.
This scheme will be available only for candidates from Andhra Pradesh. Expenses of accommodation, food and training will be borne by UEF. Coaching will start from 10 September. There is no limit for students as the aim is to provide training to as many deserving candidates from the state as possible
