An Alliance of Israeli Zionists, Americans, Neo-Cons and World Jewry
A New World Order in the making

By Syed Shahabuddin

The First Jerusalem Summit, planned as an annual event, was held at Jerusalem, now under the control of Israel, on October 12-14, 2003. According to Richard Melson of the Cambridge Forecast Group, the purpose of the event sponsored by the Strategic Dialog Center, a think-tank in Israel, was to serve as an off-shore think tank to guide and control US foreign policy, particularly towards the Middle East and to push the world towards a clash of civilization in the form of a global war between the USA and the Arab-Islamic world. The immediate objective was to mask Israel's crimes against the Palestinian people and to complete Sharon's Wall, squeeze the Palestinians out and to kill the idea of a Palestinian State, except as one or more Bantustans within Greater Israel.

Jerusalem Summit
The Summit held three Sessions on 1) Crisis in Morality and International Policy: How Israel may be the Solution; 2) Israel Endangered: A Threat to the Free World; and 3) Alternatives for a Just and Durable Peace in the Middle East.

The Summit also organized 5 Workshops, 3 on 12 October and 2 on 13 October, 2003 on the themes of: 1) Bringing the World to Understand the Immorality of Anti-Zionism; 2) The Muslim World: Prospects of Democratization and Overcoming Hatred of Zionism; 3) Peace Against Truth: When Peace Movements Reinforce Evil; 4) Media: Recognizing in the News; and 5) Academia: Researching Truth or Breeding Hatred? A European Perspective.

The Strategic Dialog Center (SDC) is a think-tank based at Netanya Academic College in Netanya, Israel. Its founding co-chairman is Michael Gorbachev.

The SDC is part of a wider Zionist/Neo-con strategy which wants to show the world that Washington decisions are all "vetted", approved, and crafted not by the White House or Congress, who have "outsourced" or "off-shored" this function to Israel and its Neo-con operatives. Some of the leading and most virulent neo-cons are of course, not themselves Jewish, as in the case of former CIA head, James Woolsey, whose name you see below.

It wishes to signal to the whole world that Israel and the Neo-con machinery is the actual power center behind Washington decisions and that therefore, Israel, the Jews, and the neo-cons rule.

On 6th May 2003, the SDC held it's first US conference at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York.

The Board of Directors of the SDC includes:

Mikhail Gorbachev (co-chair), former President of the USSR.
Ehud Barak (co-chair), former Prime Minister of Israel.
Prince Hassan Bin Tallal of Jordan (co-chair).

Dr. Mustafa Khalil, former Prime Minister of Egypt.

Karl Bildt, former Prime Minister of Sweden.

Sergei Stepashin, former President of Russia.

Frederick W. De Klerk, former President of South Africa.

Abdurrahman Wahid, former President of Indonesia.

Giulio Andreotti, former Prime Minister of Italy.
Danny Yatom, MK, Maj.Gen.(ret),former Mossad chief.

R. James Woolsey, former director of Central Intelligence, USA.

Louis Freeh, former FBI director, USA.
Ya'akov Perry, former Shin Bet chief.

Sandy Berger, former US presidential adviser on National Security.

Martin Indyk, former US Ambassador to Israel.
Att. Zaki Kamal Dalyat al-Karmel.

Assaf Hefetz, former Israel Police Commissioner.
Lt. Gen (ret) Moshe Levi, former IDF Chief of Staff.

David Ivry, Maj.Gen.(ret), former Israel Ambassador to Washington.

Prof Gabi Ben-Dor, director International Security Resrch Center, Haifa.

Prof. Mark Jurgenmeyer, University of California.

The Summit was held with the full support of the Government of Israel. Among the Israeli Ministers who participated were Transport Minister Liberman, Deputy Prime Minister Olmert, Finance Minister (and former Prime Minister) Netanyahu, Minister for Strategic Cooperation between the US and Israel Landau and Tourism Minister Elon.

The participants represented virtually the Who's who of the Israeli media, academe and politics and the stars of the US neo-cons, the Christian Zionists and the American Jewry. There was a sprinkling of Europeans, one Indian and one Jordanian.

Among the organizations represented were Michael Cherney Foundation, Bridges for Peace, World Jewish Congress, ZOA, ICEJ, Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, American Center for Democracy, JINSA, Palestinian Media Watch, Middle East Forum, Centre d'Etudes Huives Contemporaries de Paris, Americans for a Safe Israel, Truman Institute for Peace, Religious Zionists of America and Professors for a Strong Israel.

Among the Israeli Universities involved in the event were the Hebrew University, Oral Roberts University, Tel-Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University, University of Haifa, Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Yehuda and Shomron College, College of Judea and Samaria.

A highlight of the Summit was the presentation of Jackson Award to the doyen of the Neo-cons Richard Perle, now with the American Enterprise Institute.

Jerusalem Declaration
The main document to emerge from the Summit was the Jerusalem Declaration which identifies Radical Islam as a new form of totalitarianism and a challenge to the security and fundamental humanitarian values of the Western Civilization and the Free World and condemned the philosophy of Moral Relativism as false.

Radical Islam, it said, has hijacked issues like Human Rights and National Self-determination to mask the ideology of Jihad. Existing international organizations provide no effective moral compass and, therefore, there is need for finding a new basis to develop an effective, moral, military and political strategy for defending 'our civilization' against the Jihadists.

The Declaration denounces the UNO as a 'tribalized confederation of the Third World dictatorships which can muster an automatic majority'. It projects a Council of Civilizations with each 'group' (regional and civilizational) having one vote to reach an agreement on common moral values. The Council shall deal with the questions of war and peace but shall coexist with the UN which can perform some useful functions including humanitarian tasks.

The Declaration highlights Israel's 'unique geographic and historic position at the crossroads of civilizations and its spiritual experience' which enables it to find 'a golden mean between tradition and modernity, religion and science, authority and democracy' and proposes Jerusalem 'the eternal and indivisible capital of Israel' as a Center of World Unity.

The Declaration accuses most Islamic countries of having sworn to destroy Israel. Therefore, it relates the survival of Western Civilization to Israel's existence in peace in the Promised Land.

The Declaration sees the creation of a 'PLO State in Judea and Samaria as colossal injustice arising out of primordial anti-Semitism which is at the root of anti-Israel and anti-Zionist attitudes'. It likens the PLO to international terrorism and calls on Israel to provide moral leadership to the world in the struggle against terror, by

  • Ceasing to negotiate with terrorists and releasing captured murderers.
  • Eliminating the terror capabilities of the Palestinian Authority.
  • Liberating Arabs in Judea, Samaria and Gaza from the Jihadist machine.
  • Promoting a viable humanistic alternative instead of creating a PLO State.

The Summit calls on all free nations:
  • To remove despotic Islamic regimes
  • To re-educate Muslim children
  • To recognize PLO/PA as terrorist organization
  • To stop forcing Israel to negotiate with PLO/PA
  • To encourage Israel to establish sovereignty throughout the land of Israel.

The Declaration goes on to formulate universal principles in the War on Terror - Political, Military, Economical, Media, Academie.

The Declaration concludes with an appeal for the Free World to unite to fortify Israel and Jerusalem to usher in an era of peace and prosperity.

In short, the Declaration declares a War against Islam, calls upon the West to convert its War against Terror into War against Muslim World, launch a full-fledged campaign against it, asks Israel to disinherit the Palestinians totally and occupy the whole of Palestine, perhaps to extend itself to the classical limit of Ertz-Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates and projects Israel/Jerusalem as the base for the New World Imperialism.

The Declaration exposes the real objective of the Israeli establishment which has found an ally in the Christian Zionists and Neo-Conservatives who are ruling the USA today. The Declaration places in its true perspective the US invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq and its plan to invade Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Sudan.

The Declaration shows that the Zionists influence in the USA has reached the point of what Melson calls 'outsourcing' or 'off-shoring' American foreign policy. It is not the State Department or the US Congress or even the US President but the Zionists, with their base in Israel, who formulate the long-term world strategy of the USA and, in the meantime, ensure that the mega power of the age moves, step by step, towards a full-scale collision with the Muslim World.

For long, the political theorists held that the USA was using Israel to protect and guard its interests in the Arab-Islamic world, particularly its monopoly access to the Gulf oil. Today it looks as if Israel is using the USA - with all its wealth, power and influence - not only to re-establish Ertz-Israel but to rule the world and control all its resources. What was once a puppet, has become the puppeteer. The tail has acquired a life of its own and is wagging the dog!
Anyone who dares to criticize any act of omission or commission by Israel is not only anti-Israel or anti-Zionist but anti-scientific and, therefore, fit to be branded as anti-humanist.

It is unfortunate that this event was attended by a well-known member of the Indian security establishment, K.P.S. Gill, who heads the Institute for Conflict Management in New Delhi. He enlightened the distinguished audience on the psychology of the Muslim Indians who, after all, form 1/8 of the Muslims of the world and constitute the second largest national Muslim community.
It is also ironical that the Jews who peacefully survived in the Muslim World, particularly in Andalusia for centuries, while they were being prosecuted and exiled from most parts of Europe, today assume the role of agent provocateur to bring out a confrontation between Islam and Christianity, between the Muslim World and the West.

A new world order is in the making articulated by a mix of Bernard Lewis, Richard Perle, Doug Feith, Noah Fildman, Ben Wattenberg, James Woolsey, Robert Baer, Eliot Cohen, all products of the Straussian school of international politics or at least sharing a common approach and mindset.

It is also interesting to see that in June, 2004 the US Congress adopted a Resolution which endorses the original Sharon Plan and every element of Israel's current policy in a manner which strikingly reflects the Jerusalem Declaration and totally disowns the Road Map.

It is equally interesting to note that the 9/11 Commission Report, by one stroke of pen, redefined the War of Terrorism as a War against Islam, followed by a new surge of Islamophobia in the USA and UK. The lead given by the Jerusalem Summit is being assiduously followed. Both these events show the Zionist influence in the USA which appears to have peaked under President Bush.

The saving grace is that the majority of the people in Europe and USA are not prepared to buy Israel's theory of 'moral relativism' and join in Israel's war of extermination against the Palestinians and support the Zionist ambition to dominate the world.
