May MG long live
I pray that everyone working at the Milli Gazette is in the best of health. I also pray that the Milli Gazette will be here forever. The Muslim world needs you. Not many voices that support Islam and Muslims are around. Many Muslims like me are worried about the future of Islam and the Muslims. May your voice live forever with the blessing of Allah.
I will always be grateful to Crescent International for informing me about Muslim and Arab Perspectives that led me to the Milli Gazette. May Allah’s blessing be with you.
Mohammad Azzat, USA

MG ridicules Prophet (?)
I request you to discontinue mailing MG to me as I have seen and read MG promoting the cause of Muslims only in respect of life on earth but at the cost of the Hereafter. It does not hesitate publishing articles and letters which criticise the Prophet and his companions.
Mohd. Iqbal S. Sheikh, Pune

MG is informative
I received MG, 1-15 March 2005 issue. My fellows and I find it valuable and Informative.
MG enhances our knowledge and understanding.
Dr A Abdul Hamid, Jaipur

We need more schools and colleges
This refers to "Enough madrasas, we need more schools and colleges", MG, 1-15 February.
The growing challenges for Muslims in India are state sponsored genocide and communal riots.
The figures show that most of the victims are Muslims because they are educationally, economically, politically and socially backward, unprotected and leaderless, hence they suffer most.
We will have to establish schools, colleges, professional, technical centres for more engineers, doctors, economists to get out the community from their miserable condition.
Education has not been categorised by Qur’an as religious or non-religious. Madrasas are supported from Zakat and donations of the Muslims community. Then why schools and colleges too cannot be established from these sources of money?
S. Shafiq Ahmad, Meerut
