Kerala sex scandals
Mukundan C. Menon's article (MG,
1-15 Jan 05) was justifying to Mr. Kunjalikutty, the former minister of Kerala and we do strongly believe that conspiracy is involved in this case as Menon pointed
out. The hands of media in this conspiracy is unbelievable. There were more than one dozen sex scandals reported involving other ministers but no one took them seriously.
Recently the high court found Mr. P. J. Kurian, newly elected member of Parliament, guilty in "Sorrinelli Sexual Harassment Case". But so far no one has objected to his nomination or demanded his resignation.
But in the case of "Mr Kunjalikutty" no court has found him guilty and no one registered any case against him and the persons who themselves where involved in sex scandals in the past have demanded his resignation. This is a strange combination of the media and communal forces to join hands to overthrow Mr. Kunjalikutty from power by accusing him and his community .
