On behalf of the All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat, I offer you my sincere felicitations on your assumption of office as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. We wish you every success in implementing the Common Minimum Programme. We hope that in the new era that opens, you shall wipe tears from every eye in the State and fulfill the aspirations of the people for good governance, peace and development.

We also hope that your Government, in cooperation with the Union Government, shall open the doors for meaningful dialogue with all sections of political opinion in the State with a view to pave the way for final solution to the Kashmir problem.

Once again we wish you personally and your colleagues in the Government every success in fulfilling your commitments to all the peoples and regions of the State.
