EID MESSAGE TO INDIAN MUSLIMS
Chicago, December 6,
2002: The Muslims all over the world are celebrating the Eid-ul-Fitr to day on December 6th, 2002,at the end of the holy month of Ramadan. It is the day and time to rejoice and to be happy for all Muslims. But I feel that the Indian Muslims are having different feelings and sentiments. When I look few months back, I see the barbaric incidence of massacre of Muslims in State of Gujarat, where cold bloodily thousand of Muslims men, women, and children were brutally killed in the hands of inhuman creatures of Vishva Hindu Pareshad and members of BJP.As a result of it thousands of children became orphan, several thousand women became widows and several parents lost their love ones. At this occasion of joys and happiness I cannot forget the innocent people who became the victims of extremist Hindus. I pray may Allah (SWT) award them a high place in the havens. I would like to send my heartiest Eid Greeting to all survivors and I commend to all of then for their courage and patience and for their efforts for survival.
Now it is crystal clear that Modi Government and its entire administration has committed such barbaric act of massacre of thousand Muslims men, women and children. At this juncture on behalf of CCIM I demand that central Government Of India to take immediate action against the Modi cabinet, the civil and police staff according to the Indian Penal Code. Further I demand that to increase the efforts to rehabilitate all the persons who became the victims of the protectors of the Law and Order maintaining agencies.
Finally I send my sincere Eid Greetings to all Indian Muslims and congratulations to helping Their Muslim brothers and sisters and children when they were in need of help. May Allah reward all those Muslims here in this world and in here after.
