New Delhi, 10 May, 2003: A section of the press today reported that Mr Brajesh Mishra, the national security adviser of India had proposed an alliance of USA-India- Israel to meet the threat of terrorism. He made this statement at the annual dinner hosted by the American Jewish community on Thursday in Washington. Mr Mishra also announced that New Delhi hoped to receive Israeli Prime Minister Mr Ariel Sharon soon in India on an official visit. It has also been reported that this type of announcement has been made for the first time so openly and formally though it was being planned in New Delhi was quite sometime. 

The Academy on behalf of the entire Muslim community has taken strong objection to such a proposal and condemns its out rightly as it feels that to tackle the threat of terrorism India cannot risk taking the help of terrorists themselves as it has been crystal clear from the acts and actions of the United states of America and its illegal son Israel that they not only support terrorism, Infact they themselves create terrorists for their own benefits. After Afghanistan and Iraq the US is now eyeing Syria and Iran as their next targets and on the pretext of solving the Kashmir Issue India and Pakistan are also on their list. 

We once again reiterate our stand that India is a powerful country and has the guts to tackle its own problems. It does not require the help of anyone whatsoever to achieve its goals. If at all an alliance has to be made it should be under the leadership of India and a Unites States of Asia (USA) should be formed which shall definitely help the whole of Asia in the coming future. Mr Mishra has touched a sensitive chord by announcing the name of Israel for an alliance and every Muslim shall oppose this evil alliance. Moreover we warn that Mr Sharon’s visit to India may lead to serious law and order problems in the entire country as most of the Indians are aware of the atrocities committed by him in his country. 

We call upon all political parties to shelve their differences and unite together to oppose this evil move and demand an explanation from Mr Mishra and the BJP Govt for such and announcement and condemn it in every possible way for the betterment of the country.
