Memorandum to the Governor of UP on growing terrorism of Fascist forces

Most Respected Sir,
As the President of All India Muslim Forum I have the privilege to draw the attention of Your Excellency to the growing terrorism of Fascist forces which is quite apparent from the manner in which they have planned to storm the disputed land adjoining the site of the now demolished Babri Mosque in flagrant violation of judicial verdicts. Besides, the meanest hypocrisy of these forces comes to the fore when they take shelter behind judicial decisions, if it comes to disguising the abominable stigma of their charge -sheeted character, while simultaneously making a desperate attempt to hold the judiciary in utter contempt, with forceful statements that the matter of faith cannot be subjected to judicial adjudication, and, therefore, they will not accept any verdict going against them.
Your Excellency will appreciate that the way these forces are trying to become a law unto themselves and intimidating the minorities through sabre-rattling tactics is well-fitted into the nationally and internationally sanctioned definitions of terrorism. All India Muslim Forum feels that if these forces are further allowed to spawn communal hatred and shatter the whole legal fabric, the integrity of the country, the secular democracy, and our pluralistic ethos will be reduced to shambles.
Under these circumstances we request Your Excellency kindly to take the initiative to declare as terrorist organizations all those outfits which off and on attempt to occupy the disputed site at Ayodhya by force in utter disregard of judiciary and by issuing threats to Muslims.
