Most Respected Sir With our conscience deeply anguished, we wish to draw the attention of Your Excellency towards the most inhuman brutalities being perpetrated by American forces against hapless Iraqi prisoners of war and general masses. It is well known to the whole world that while the unprovoked American-led aggression of Iraq by itself was in flagrant violation of all recognized norms of international
behaviour, and therefore, deserved universal condemnation, the horrific crimes being committed by the occupation forces have further convulsed the entire humanity.
Under the circumstances when all the major global powers have become traumatized in the face of naked display of American hegemonic designs, we request Your Excellency to realize the gravity of the threat which the brutal and unscrupulous might of American despotism is posing to the human morality,
and therefore, as Head of the largest democracy of the world, intervene for the restoration of Iraq's sovereignty and protection of human rights of its
people.
