Delhi Encounter is highly suspicious, high level judicial enquiry demanded
Hyderabad, 10 March,
2006: The so-called encounter, which occurred in the out-skirts of Delhi, is highly suspicious and it is a pre-planned act of police. According to the information received by the different sources, police detained two youth on the basis of informers and kept them in illegal detention, among them one youth belongs to native of Nalgonda district, and parents residing in Hyderabad.
After the blasts in the holy city of Varansi, police in a pre-planned manner brought these two youth in the out skirts of Delhi who are all ready in their custody and killed them to divert the attention from the Varansi blasting.
Police is repeating the old story which is always used to justified the encounter, but Civil Liberties well understands, the story itself proves that encounter is fake. There are so many reasons for it 1. Why a single policeman was not injured in exchange of firing in spite of alleged terrorist having AK 56, Pistols, grenades, and explosive materials .2.Under the circumstances when Delhi which is highly sensitive city and all ways on red alert, and there was high red alert due to the blasting in Varansi, and the checking was going on, how the persons by carrying so many arms ammunitions can travel all the way, and any stupid person who wants to die by the police can do all these.3. As per police language the dreaded terrorist master mind of so many destructive activities, commander of a terrorist organization known as GULAM YAZDANI, KILLED, killed him so easily like a mosquitio, it is out of imagination that the mastermind of so many distractive activities can be killed so easily.4.with in the 15 minutes of encounter polices released all the history of militants, how it is possible to know the life history of a person who died with in five minutes, its also proves that these persons were in police custody.
CLMC stands is that if any body having allegations and committed crime, he must be arrest, and punish them as per the law. The arresting and then killing in the name of encounter is nothing but police terrorism. On the name of national security police violating all the rules and norms which is more dangerous then terrorism.
Civil liberties also believes that the bad situation facing the country is, it is because of Advani and his group, who promote Hindutva ideology, due to which Babri Masjid was demolished, and Muslims feels insecure and this hindutva ideology forced some to take up as militants, there may be thousands of Muslim youth who lost the confidence on democratic setup which forced them to pick up the gun.
Imagine how a brilliant engineering student, who should have a constructive mind instead of destructive mind set up, but who is responsible for spoiling the future and lost of life of an engineering student. Who is responsible for this? None other than hindutva for the gain of power by using religious sentiments.
This hindutva ideology of Advani and his group is the center of terrorism in India, but unfortunately in our country India an engineering student becomes militant and known as terrorist, and other hand a hindutva terrorist Advani who committed so many crimes against humanity and can gain the power and became the Deputy prime Minister of India and known as patriotic
CLMC condemns the violence and counter violence because it is dangerous for human society.
CLMC condemns this fake encounter and demanding the Govt for high-level judicial enquiry, so that people can come to know the facts of this so-called encounter CLMC also demanding with the Govt to hand over the dead body to the parents so that they can perform last rites according their religious customs. Civil liberties believes that a dead body has no politics and ideology, the dead body must be buried according the wish and will of the parents with all human respects, because this is the fundamental right of the deceased.
