Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) Applications are invited for the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Preliminary Examination-2010. The examination will be held in three stages are Preliminary, Main & Viva-Voce. The Preliminary examination will be held on Sunday 5th September, 2010 at Aurangabad, Mumbai & Nagpur centres. Judicial Magistrate (First Class) - 100 posts
Age Limit : 21-35 years as on 01/10/2010
Pay Scale : Rs 9,000 – 14,550 plus other allowances
Qualification : Candidate must hold a degree in law and must have practiced as an Advocate, Attorney or Pleader in the High Court or Courts Subordinates there to for not less than 3 years on 30th June, 2010.
Examination Fee : For Non B.C. Rs. 250/-, For Reserved Candidates Rs. 125/-. Fee should be paid in the Post Office by cash along with Application.
How To Apply : Candidates are advised to purchase the application form along with brochures for Competitive Examination only from designated Post Offices only. The price of application form along with brochures is Rs. 100/-. Application Form along with exam fee will be accepted only at any of the designated Post Offices mentioned in the brochures in their working hours on or before 29th July, 2010.
