Disappointing Babri Masjid verdict

Today’s judgment broke the justice in to three pieces. The MBMC, Aligarh believes that these three members bench of Allahabad High Court has complicated the case instead of solving it..

Aligarh (1 October 2010): Prof. Razaullah Khan, President, the MBMC, Aligarh has expressed his disappointment on the verdict of Allahabad High Court on Babri Masjid as the decision does discuss events supposedly took place in prehistoric period but maintenance a strange silence on the on an act of vandalism that has taken place in the presence of millions. He said that it is more of a political Judgment less of a legal judgment. It is an effort to please all. The most important thing is peace and tranquility, without which no voice can be heard. But even if we are dissatisfied with the judgment we have to accept it gracefully and on the other hand continue our quest for justice in the highest court in the land.

“Verdict is against the standard of justice because it is based upon a joint agenda of Congress and BJP 1/3rd each. Today’s judgment broke the justice in to three pieces. The MBMC, Aligarh believes that these three members bench of Allahabad High Court has complicated the case instead of solving it,” said Khan in a statement.

Jasim Mohammad, Hony. Secretary, The MBMC, Aligarh said justice can be achieved by peacefully continuing the legal battle while simultaneously continuing the task of nation building. On this occasion the MBMC, Aligarh has committed itself to pursue the cause of justice peacefully.
