Join Protest against lethargic response to Kashmir Floods

On Wednesday, 10 Sept 2014 from 12 noon to 4pm we will be assembling at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi in a very peaceful manner with placards in order to draw the attention of the people and the Govt towards the current flooding in Kashmir.

ZFI team arrived in Srinagar on 9th September. They say thousands of dead bodies are floating in Srinagar itself.

Army needs to blast the mountain and take out water like was done in Uttarakhand, hundreds of boats are required. In south Kashmir thousands dead. Several villages fully washed away. Kakapura, Ledpura, Awantipura, Goripura, Sangam.

Only 60 boats pressed into service.
1000 more boats required.

Only 21 choppers deployed.
200 more required.

Reason of flooding: Railway line 14 Feet high.
Water accumulated as there was no exit.
