Join Career Yatra 2015: Career Guidance & Scholarship Awareness Program

CIGMA, India's Well Known and Leading Career Guidance Organization has been conducting Career Guidance & Scholarship Awareness Programs across India since 2008 in association with NGOs, Corporates, Schools & Colleges.
 
From this year, we have titled the program as CAREER YATRA as we intend to do it in 20+ cities of India and in Gulf.
 
CAREER YATRA 2015 Content
  • 1 Day Program - Duration 4 Hours
  • Timings : 10am to 2pm
  • Target audience - Parents & Studetns who have given their 10th and 12th Exams this year.
  • Main Speaker - Mr. Ameen-e-Mudassar, India's Leading Career Counsellor & CEO, CIGMA INDIA will speak on " After 10th, What Next ?" - 1 hour & " After 12th, What Next ?" - 1.5 hrs.
  • Additional Speakers - CIGMA Team Members will speak on Scholarships available for higher education - 45 mins.
  • Exclusive Q&A Session of 45mins with Mr. Ameen-e-Mudassar to clarify doubts.
  • The Program will also have a Chief Guest who will be a well known educationist or achiever from the same city.

  • Starts Saturday, 18th April 2015
  • Ends Sunday, 31 May 2015
  • 20 Programs in 20 Cities on 20 Days.
  • Target to reach 10,000 studetns ( 500 students per  program )
 
PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS for CAREER YATRA 2015
 
As on today 1st April we have finalized Partner NGOs in Karnataka - Bangalore, Mangalore, Belgaum, Bidar, Gulbarga, Mysore, Bellary & in Tamil Nadu - Chennai & Vaniyambadi. We are keen to take CAREER YATRA to 12 more cities from Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, WestBengal & Assam.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTNER ORGANIZATION
  1. Publicity & Promotion for the Program in the respective city through Posters, Pamphlets, Announcements, SMS, Whats App, Facebook, Press Releases.
  2. Identifying a Venue to accomodation 500-600 perople and Arrange the logistics required - Sound System, LCD Projector, Chairs, Tables, etc..for the Program.
  3. Printing the Event Banners to be put up at the Venue.
  4. Providing Stationary (Notepad & Pen) to Participants (Students)
  5. Team of minimum 5 volunteers/staff  for handling logistics on Program Day
  6. Providing Accomodation to the CIGMA Team ( Minimum 1 and Maximum 3 )
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CIGMA
  1. Printing and Sending the Promotion Material - 500 Posters and 5000 Pamphlets. ( If it can be done locally to make it fast, CIGMA will pay the Partner Organization the cost of Printing ).
  2. Promote the Program across India for all cities through Newspaper Ads ( Media Partner tie ups ), Bulk SMS, Social Media Campaign on WhatsApp & Facebook.
  3. Execute the Program on the D-Day
  4. Print and distribute the FREE CAREER BOOKLET ( 50 Pages ) with information on Courses, Careers, Jobs and Scholarships after 10th and 12th to all participants.
  5. Travel Expenses of CIGMA Speakers.

  1. CIGMA owns and runs India's Popular Career Guidance Websites - www.after10thwhat.com and www.after12thwhat.com with over 2.5 Million views since January 2013.
     
  2. CIGMA has been the knowledge partner for the THE HINDU CAREER COUNSELLING SESSIONS held in 10+ cities of Karnataka since 2010.
     
  3. CIGMA Published the First ever Career Guide for 10th std students - "After 10th, What Next ?" in 2008
     
  4. CIGMA CEO has been on Television - Doordarshan Chandana, Suvarna News 24/7, Raj News and Qatar Radio as Career Expert for Live Phone in Career Counselling Sessions and Panel Discussions since May 2011.
     
  5. CIGMA CEO has also written over 50 articles on Careers and Education to leading English and Regional Newspapers.
     
  6. CIGMA in the last 7 years has conducted 400+ programs across 50+ cities of India, UAE & Qatar reaching out to 80,000+ students.
