Ranchi: As in past years, Students Islam Trust (SIT), New Delhi has announced IDB’s (Islamic Development Bank) scholarships which will be given to all boy and girl students who are pursuing graduation in medical (MBBS), BDS Pharmacy, all branches of engineering department, Dentistry, Nursing, Unani, Ayurvedic, Microbiology, Agriculture, Fishery, Forestry, MBA and Accounts. The boy and girl students getting scholarships are given 40 Dollars per month and in addition to this, they are given additional amounts equal to three months scholarships for books, clothes and other requirements. It should be made clear that these scholarships are in fact loans which have to be returned to Muslim Education Trust without any interest, after completion of graduation and after getting employment. All students (boy or girl) who have secured more than 60 percent marks in 10+2 or ISC and have secured admission in any one of the above mentioned courses can apply for this scholarship. It may be stated that after doing +2, students of 1st year only are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
