Prof. Touheed Mujawar awarded

New Delhi: The national award to recognize educational excellence from across India has gone this year to Jamia Islamia Ishaatul Uloom's Prof. Touheed Mujawar. The award was presented to him recently in Delhi by the Union Minister of State (HRD) Prof. Dr.Ram Shankar Katheria, and chairman of HRD Parliamentry Standing Committee Dr. Satya Narayan Jatya.

On this occasion Prof. Mujawar said "it is a recognition for contributing in the field of improving quality in technical education and for preparing our youth for the fast evolving competitive environment and I dedicate this  award to the renowned educationist Maulana Ghulam Mohammad Vastanvi who has established an educational hub in a tribal location like Akkalkuwa in Maharashtra where more than 15000 students are undergoing Islamic education and more than 6000 student are into Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy and Primary, Secondary Education. Prof. Mujawar said that the Engineering and Polytechnic graduates of this institution are rendering their services in different corners of the world.
