Electronic books on Islam released

Riyadh: Thirty eight electronic books of Dr. Muhammad Najeeb Qasmi were released here on 19 March by the famous Islamic scholar Prof. Muhammad Mustafa Azmi, winner of King Faisal Award for Islamic Studies. These e-books are on various Islamic topics like Haj, Umrah, Salah, Ramadan, Qur’an, Sirat, Zakat and Sadaqat, human rights, history etc and are in English, Urdu and Hindi languages.

While releasing the e-books, Prof. Azmi said, instead of indulging in divisive peripheral issues, our scholars should focus on Qur’an and Hadees. He stressed on the need to revise the curricula of Muslim madrasahs so that its graduates are abreast of the world issues in addition to gaining religious knowledge. Dr. Najeeb Qasmi has also prepared two mobile apps on Islam and Haj which may be downloaded from Play Store or App Store by typing Najeeb Qasmi.
