Churu (Rajasthan): miserable situation of Muslim minority

Air crash
Defence in any country is supposed to defend the citizens, however, how they will if they themselves are roaming in flying coffins. As per the number of static’s obtained in various surveys, the IAF (Indian Air Force) has the worst of the world record in terms of destruction with having around 500 air crashes. You can hardly find such figure in the world especially when you are considering the non war situation. A mistake once or twice and even thrice can be acceptable, but it goes to a couple of hundreds, then it is not the mistake but some other problem living inside the core. The ministers however are not ready to accept this argument and trying to escape calling this grim issue as accidents. Human errors are bound to be natural and can be accepted to certain extent; however, this is half the story, the other side of the coin is the obsolete flying machines with number of technical issues still in use. It ironical therefore to put the entire blame over the pilot rather accepting the poor quality or these flying machines. Even people like Rakesh Sharma have started blaming the poor quality of MIG being still in use by defence sector leading to number of air crashes.

Churu (Rajasthan): miserable situation of Muslim minority
Rajasthan is Congress ruled state where Ashok Gehelot is the chief minister who is claiming himself that he is the Masiha of the Muslim minority belonging to that state which is totally misleading and false. It may be proved by my observation when I was watching television. A programme titled Adhure-e-Khwab relayed by ETV Hindi channel Rajasthan on Nov. 29, 2011 Tuesday midnight. The plight situation of Muslim minority was being highlighted by the ETV channel journalist who is now being dealt with further. The journalist asked the local MLA of Congress Haji Mandelwa that why the pigs who are living in the drainage areas. The area is full of waste, polluted, dirty waters which are full of germs. The Muslim minority population of Churu is full of rotten garbages and filth. Different types of diseases are being spread there. No medical aid no supply of safe drinking water, no BPL rationing cards, no proper civic amenities by Churu municipality are provided for those poor below poverty line Muslims minority there. Dengue, Chickengunia, encephalitis, malarial, philarial mosquitoes are biting the inhabitants of Churu by which they are suffering from several ailments. No roads, no electricity, no communication and no madrasa and Govt. primary, secondary, higher secondary and colleges schools while the UPA Govt. in Centre is claiming that in all the congress-ruled states prime minister 15 programmes is being implemented.

Wrong move to promote English
It refers to circular issued by Union Home Ministry directing government-departments to pollute Hindi by using some English words in Devnagri script to replace their actual Hindi counterparts. It is a step in reverse direction. Decision-takers sitting in North Block (New Delhi) have overlooked that even less educated people in states like Bihar and Eastern UP are commonly using such Hindi words in their normal conversation and use which Union government is now going to replace with English words in name of commonly used words. Even South Indian people when speaking in Hindi are fluent in using these words. Such replacement of Hindi words by English vocabulary will further harm Sanskrit which is already almost vanished from people’s life. Instead Union government should promote Hindi by not only using only Hindi words in Hindi communications but also by propagating use of commonly used Hindi words, phrases and popular nouns in English Communication. UN General Secretary Ban ki Moon appreciated Hindi at recently held World Hindi Conference at New York. The then US President George Bush accepted Hindi to be amongst popular world-languages being considered to be taught in US in an effort to make his country stay ahead in the fast changing-world! Reversely in India, government and media are busy in upgrading English at the cost of Hindi by creating an impression that domination of English can only make the country progress!

Suicides
Trying a suicidal attempt is simply an indication that something is going wrong in the life of the person. Generally try this owning to the presence of mental and emotional issues. A study estimates that around 30 to 70 percent of the suicides find the reasons of depression and bipolar disorder respectively. Currently this trend is seen among the Employees of IT sector, who work under high pressure and a lure to perform the best in the competitive world lead to many issues. In a rat race employees are turning out to be too mechanical at workplaces and are at times even treated like robots. This brings in a number of psychological disorders and if this remains unaddressed, they are likely to produce fatal results including suicides. Again various studies indicate that only one out of 15 people approach for psychiatric support who belong to the IT or ITES domain. Of late, more and more cases have started surfacing about these industries. If this is the price we are paying for prospering as a developing world, it time to take a pause on the price we are paying as nation through these techie suicides.

China’s clout
It was a good move to permit the World Buddhist congregation in India overruling Chinese objection to Dalai Lama’s participation. Rejection of the demand of Chinese government was alright. If India had obeyed its demand it would be an act of powerlessness. But The president and prime minister depicted timidity by skipping the invitation with this stance they proved that they do not want to annoy the Chinese authorities’. This move speaks the confused mind of the advisors of president and prime minister. Our authorities are in doldrums about Chinese aggressive mood. It was good that India should not have given permission of Buddhist congregation it could have stopped Dalai Lama for participation to please China. If it had permitted to participate the president and prime minister should not deny attending the function. It is more worrisome that some leading papers opted to praise the government instead of showing the slackness in modus operandi. We are blindly maintain the hostility towards Pakistan which is provoking China. The policy makers are committing blunders by constantly imposing the policy of hatred towards Pakistan this policy is harmful for the entire nation. But the ruling junta is neglecting the interest of the great Indian to safe guard their community interests in blind and childish manner. With this wrong approach they are leading towards confrontation with China which is a super power of the subcontinent. We had bitter experience in war 1962. Policy makers should vacate their assignment and leave this great job to the well wishers of Indian nation

Pakistani Hindus seeks visa extension
It refers to a blunt inhuman denial by Indian government to request of extension of visa from some Pakistani Hindus presently on a limited-time pilgrimage-visa in India. Did Indian government ever image about fate of these Pakistani Hindus when they will return to Pakistan? They are liable to treated in still more inhumanly because of their courage to raise voice in India against atrocities on them in Pakistan. Since ruling Congress accepted two-nation theory based on religion at time of country independence in the year 1947, it is morally duty-bound to take care of minority Hindus left in Pakistan. A recent RTI response reveals that Indian government will not intervene in pitiable situation of Hindus in Pakistan because of Shimla-agreement of 1971 even though there is no direct reference about Pakistani Hindus in that agreement. Otherwise also, after Pakistan having broken terms of Shimla agreement both in letter and spirit repeatedly, there remains no sense that Indian government may ignore plight of Pakistani Hindus in such an inhuman manner.
