VHP reiterates Ram Mandir resolve, Mahant Gyandas says VHP a collection of fraudsters

Vishwa Hindu Parishad in a rally in the national capital on 12 December said that the VHP would not tolerate construction of any mosque at the disputed area in Ayodhya. The VHP has asked the political parties to work towards building a Ram temple by handing over the entire land in Ayodhya to Hindus. Addressing the gathering of sadhus and sant at Ramlila ground Ashok Singhal said, ‘’the entire land of Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya should be handed over to Ram Janmabhoomi Trust for construction of a grand Sri Ram temple. All saints and sadhus have also taken the decision not to allow building another masjid there.” VHP chief also warned that if Ram Lalla does not get justice in the SC hatred and animosity between Hindus and Muslims may increase. However, Mahant Gyandas has blamed Ashok Singhal for creating rift in the Akhara Parishad and termed the VHP leaders as fraud. According to Gyandas VHP does not want construction of temple in Ayodhya rather they are more interested in politicising the issue and incite violence and riots. There are also reports that Gyan Das has made up his mind to quit from the VHP. However, recently in a joint press conference in Ayodhya Gyan Das along with Hashim Ansari said that after all parties in dispute file petition in SC they together will submit a possible solution to the dispute before the Apex Court.
