Accept the truth

Khan Vellayani objects to my views that Mughals indulged in homosexual activities in his letter 'Homosexuality' (June 1-15). Agreed, Islam condemns homosexuality in no uncertain terms and Qur'an categorically prohibits it, but instances of homosexuality among Muslims are not few and far between. Why is sodomy called a 'Nawabi Shauq' (pastime of Nabobs)? Weren't the Nawabs of Lucknow, Bhopal and Hyderabad fond of young boys? 'The Dawn', 'The Nation' and Nawa-e-Waqt' (all from Pakistan) reported the Pathans of NWFP and their predilection for boys? Talibans, who call themselves the custodians of Islam and the retainers of its pristine form, indulge in sodomy. Mughal emperor Zahiruddin Babar clearly wrote about his weakness for boys in his autobiography 'Tuzuk-e-Babri', originally written in Turkish. We mustn't forget that despite religious bindings and restrictions, we're all human beings with certain preferences and priorities that cannot be thwarted by any faith however great its influence on its followers. To live in a state of denial is to turn a Nelson's eye to truth. And however hard you may try, truth has its own way to emerge and laugh at your credulity.

Golden songs of olden days
Let A. I. R. broadcast decades old human film songs like "burai ke badle bhalai kiye jaa" "gam jisne diye hen vohi gam door karega" "teri gathdi me laagaa chor" - "basti basti parbat parbat gaataa jaye banjara" "man ki aankhen khol baba" "panchhee baawaraa" and several such others on easily listenable medium air waves.

Mr. Chidambaram is angry

I fully endorse the views of Dr. Zafarul-Islam Khan expressed in his write up 'Mr. Chidambaram is angry: (MG, May 1-15, 2012). It is really unfortunate that the Union home minister has not a word of condemnation against outfits of Chauvinistic Hindu communal organisation like Abhinav Bharat Sanatan Sansthan, Bajrag Dal and Shiv Sena who have been arrested in being involved in terrorist activities, but has condemned Muslim leaders an organization for protesting against the picking up Muslim youths throughout the country by the police on ground of suspicion and using inhuman 3 degree methods against them. This is nothing but a clear instance of double standards of the Hon'ble minister and is quite against basic tenets of fair play and justice

US attack on Indian fisherman
The attack on the fishing boat by the U. S. warship in the Persian Gulf, killing an Indian citizen and injuring three others shall serve as a wake-up call to the Indian administration. The heavy build-up by the Fifth Fleet of the U. S. Navy in the region has already created a warlike situation endangering the lives and livelihood of about six million Indians living in the region. Any misadventure by the U. S or Israel on Iran could engulf the entire region into another irreversible turmoil. It is unfortunate that a large democracy like India should have kowtowed to the U. S. demand by cutting short the crude oil import from a time-tested friendly nation like Iran. Instead of being a passive onlooker to the unfolding chaos, India should play a proactive role by bringing together the international community to build pressure on the 'U. S - Israel combine' to find an amicable solution with Iran over its nuclear programme.

Secularism - for unity and integrity
Democracy and secularism are foundations of our constitution. It means the state should remain impartial and neutral regarding all religions and communities. According to our constitution all are equal irrespective of caste, creed and colour. Ours is a multi-religious, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual country. The architects of India's constitution were men of wisdom and believed in "Unity in Diversity". Secularism is India's destiny which stood the test of time. Secularism guarantees unity and integrity of our mother land and its plural society. There are diverse creeds, cultures and traditions in Hindu society. Hindus practice different personal laws and customs. Hence secularism is necessary to accommodate peacefully such diversities in Hindu society. Hence secularism is essential for harmony and peaceful coexistence and for unity, integrity and solidarity of India.

State terror exposed
According to agency report on 9 July, Bangalore police, which picked up (rather kidnapped) school teacher Kafil Akhtar from Darbhanga in the very morning of 5th May by 6-7 plainclothes who barged into his the house. Karnataka police defied police manual and S. C. directions. National media aired this news as terrorist captured by Karnatka police from Darbhanga. Lead news about Kafil Akhter and manufactured terror activities charges and links published at front page continued for many days. When Karnataka police acquitted him, the media is not interested in publishing the acquittal of Kafil Akhter? Now Karnataka police is handing Kafil to Delhi police for further investigation. Why? This is the modus operandi of police to destroy the life of an innocent Muslim.

Indian Police
All countrymen rightly resent the deplorable, thoroughly inefficient and corrupt Indian police and its functioning. It has earned notoriety for the immensely inhuman torturous 3 degree methods leading to custodial death, resorting to fake encounters, production of fabricated evidence in the courts, arresting innocent Indian citizens and keeping them for months as under-trials. It is full of anti Muslim bias and consider all Muslims terrorists. Over and above all this, it has failed to perform its primary duty of registering FIRs and allowing notorious criminals and history-sheeters to commit all sorts of crimes in return for receiving regularly money from them. Police stations have virtually become dens of worst kind of crimes. Its failure to control public demonstrations and use force is the glaring example of its thorough incompetence. The need of the hour is this that the whole police system should be overhauled and revamped and a new comprehensive law is passed by the Parliament removing all the evils and converting the police Department into a real public service department.

Secularist modus operandi to deceive Muslim
Congress-NCP ruled Maharashtra where a DCP ordered Muslim police Ishaq Tamboli to shave his beard. This is a secular part- ruled state. Jamiatul Ulama (Arshad Madni) group met minority welfare minister Arif Nasim Khan with DCP order, and SC order about beard respecting norms etc. Arif Nasim Khan met home minister and only then the DCP order was withdrawn. This drama of secularism is just to fool Muslims. A DCP dared to go against SC orders and hurt religious sentiments, yet the so-called secular government let him go scot-free. These pseudo-secular leaders and parties even government play shadow boxing to fool Muslims.

Muslim media lacks Milli instinct
On 12th July Bihar C.M. met 173  Bihar class II grade trainee officers at his residence and wished them successes in practical field. Urdu newspapers published detailed report of that programme displaying the data about the officers that out of 173 officers 150 are Bihar administrative officers and 23 are from Bihar finance service. Our media is missing milli lineage that is why they did not publish the data about Muslim officers: how many out of 173 are Muslims? These are the reasons why Muslim media is loosing sheen.

P. C. should be condemned
The remarks passed by Mr. Chidambaram, Union Home Minister, against the middle class people for paying Rs. 15 for a bottle of water or Rs. 20 for a cup of ice cream should in no way be justified. Mr. Mukhtar Naqvi of BJP while condemning the statement rightly stated that Mr. P. C. has not tasted poverty and price rising as he sits comfortably in air-conditioned rooms, uses air-conditioned cars, uses foreign made spectacles and eats best quality food for which he is not required to pay from his pocket. It is observed that for the past few months the hon’ble Home Minister has been making very irresponsible, irrelevant and ridiculous statements on different subjects and problems intermittently either related to his portfolio or not. It appears that he is completely in dark about the pitiable condition of countrymen especially middle class people. Before passing such remarks he must bear in mind that he is people's representative and that by virtue of public support, he is enjoying the ministership and life lavishly. Hon’ble home minister must know that water bottle or ice cream is used by the people in a casual way but the rice is used thrice a day as a diet.

Thakeray Losing Balance of Mind In Old age
Due to his increasing old age it seems The Supreme of Shiva Sena is losing balance of mind .He has suggested The new President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherji to reject the application for clemency of Afzal Guru ,the so called mastermind of parliament attack. Mr. Bala Thackeray has already been hanged by her granddaughter. She had married a Muslim doctor. With this incidence he has lost his credibility to give any kind of statement about any Muslim. The prophet has declared categorically that a Muslim is brother of Muslim. The supreme has committed a blunder by giving him the punishment of hanging him without listening his case even the high court did the same mistake. Only the trial court has played the role of High court and the Supreme court making the case as purely political nature. If Parnab goes deep into the disposal of his case he order to conduct denovey enquiry into the case and acquit Afzal Guru. Moreover he may not think to taint his hands from the blood of Afzal Guru who was not at all present at the helm of affair. Mrs. Prathibha Bharati, the ex-president might had the same complexity to act on the case.

12 July 2012
From today I shall recommend that all young people aim to become psychiatrists. The prospects of that profession are looking up like never before. If the Koodankulam protesters are to have their minds set right by shrinks, it cannot be long before all of us Indians who are opposed to our rulers even in the smallest way must collectively undergo electro-convulsive therapy.

Jungle raj, gunda raj, terrorist, naxalite….
ABP news channel at 6.30 p.m. on 3 July aired a debate on programme on "Rs. 20 lakh for MLA's car from development fund". BJP leader Sidhartnath Singh many times called Akhilesh Yadav government as gunda raj, just as the elected government of Laloo Yadav was branded as jungle raj. Media are openly dubbing arrested Muslims as “terrorists”. Adivasis killed by police are called Naxals. Dalits are treated as outcaste (achuts) since ancient times. Backwards, adivasis, dalits and Muslims are at the receiving end and who gets the benefit? Without recognising the beneficiaries, B. C., S. T, S. C. and Muslims will not get justice.

Congress Party
Time and again the Congress Party is seen pitted with succession issue to a great extent. Manmohan Singh who became a PM eight years ago simply turned out by chance as Rahul was not prepared to take the reign in his hands. The latest fiasco over Salman Khurshid's 'direction' comment has clearly indicated that not Singh but it is the Congress itself which can be tagged as the actual 'underachiever'. If you look at the story some three years ago, Rahul Gandhi was termed as the modern day Chanakya of politics. He was also referred as "the quiet revolutionary", the man who was on a mission to "democratize" the dynasty-obsessed Congress and "drive it to a new tomorrow." However, in the past three years the tide has turned out against Rahul, that now even Congressmen are beginning to acknowledge his failings, going by Khurshid's brutally honest assessment of him. The Congress party's monopoly was clearly over long ago and as of now Rahul Gandhi too has proved out to be a poor brand ambassador for the political dynasty.

A shame
The death of four years old Mahi near Gurgaon is really a shame on us. Such tragedies have taken place earlier but the administration failed to take any action or preventive measure to prevent occurrence of such incidents. It reflects administration's total indifference to human life. In sensitivity has become an integral part of Indian life. Unfortunately we have not developed the habit of taking due care. This is because every thing is taken for granted and nothing is taken seriously. Maintenance and up-keep of anything built whether house or factory is not considered a part of job. One is shocked that no action has been taken against those responsible for sinking illegal bore wells which is a great danger to human life.

A humorous war
A humorous was against world terrorism is going on by all fools who can not see the ugly face of America, the founder of terrorism. There is no country in our world which has not suffered from the blood shed treachery repeated by the big Satan!

US policy
The U. S. hypocrisy is out in the open, when its President Barack Obama is raising walls of protectionism in his own country vis-à-vis outsourcing, while on the other hand coercing India to open its markets in vital sectors like retail. We have seen as how our farmers have paid the price to the arbitrary conditions of the WTO which led to unstable conditions in agriculture. Retail in India has been a source of succor to about  160 million people and the livelihood of scores of kirana merchants will be bulldozed if the global retail giants like Walmart are allowed to open their shops. The matter of allowing FDI in retail was stalled after the move by the UPA government was vibrantly opposed in the Parliament. The bullying tactics of the U. S shall not be allowed to subdue our sovereign interests.

Assom Molestation Case
People of India have demanded to punish the criminals who committed the Assam molestation case. The demand is coming uniformly from people of various sects .The home minister Mr P Chidambaram has given clear instructions to the chief minister of Assam to give relevant punishment to the criminals and give the compliance report to him .This is not a single case that has taken place .Hundreds of such cases are taking place in each and every state of the country. There are a number of such cases which are not reported and neglected right from the beginning. The perpetrators  commit the crimes and vanish.

Karnatka circus
By replacing Sadananda Gowda with Jagadish Shettar though the BJP has for the time being succeeded to solve the crisis in Karnataka it has sent many wrong messages to the public as well as to the politicians. Instead of sacking the tainted Yeddyurappa from the party it is trying to appease him for Lingayat votes. The saga renders the anti-corruption charges it labels on UPA meaningless. Seeing that the party has given into the irrational demands of Yeddyurappa it is more likely that other politicians too will start blackmailing the high command of the BJP for their interests. The public wonders as to where the discipline of the BJP has gone.

 India badly needs Talibanization
Few days before in AP a mother was raped by her son and his friend and murdered mercilessly .I requested all the political, social and religious organizations to make Bharat Band to awake the citizens on the occurrence of heinous crime .In one more case some youths raped a girl ,murdered her the pieces of her flesh was cooked and enjoyed feast out of that .Recently in Assam 11boys collectively molested a young girl .So far none of the culprit was punished .The lethargic and corrupt judiciary and police the criminals are set free for want of proof .The ABVP who had killed the principal of a college beaten to death all were acquitted as the BJP government went to the rescue the youths . The court could not found sufficient proof of their sacred act .It has become known very well that In Delhi the capital of the country is not safe for women .If you ponder over the intensity of crimes are increasing .The culprits can rape a mother and kill her the dearest idol in the world .All the values moral .religious, social have been buried deep into the earth .Our reformers are spell bound they are unable and feel themselves incompetent to set right the present tsunami of immorality and crime culture .We are busy in solving the Mumbai attack case and vigorously engaging Pakistan to hand over the Master minds of that case .Non of the politician is bothered about the present moral and spiritual degradation of our nation .Our scientist are advancing in Missile technology and made Agni-Missile which can target Shanghai .But we are unable to punish the killers rapists debauturers, decoits grafters etc The only solution is Islamization or Talibanization of the state .No other solutions can be successful.
