PFI’s health campaign

Kadayanallur: Under Popular Front of India’s campaing for health and hygeine, a medical team and officials from health Department arrived at Kadayanallur and inspected drinking watertanks to search for mosquito larvae that cause viral fever. The team collected blood samples from patients affected by viral fever. Popular Front cadres participated in this medical camp and mass awareness programme. Announcement made by cadres and major search operations conducted door by door. Notices were issued to each and every house to create awareness about the source of viral fever. Mosquito larvae wre spotted in many watertanks. Medical camps were organised at a neighbourhood school where free  pills were distributed and blood samples were collected from the patients.
