PFI’s health campaign

Bangalore: Popular Front of India carried "Healthy People Healthy Nation" awareness campaign during 1-15 November. The aim of the campaign was to create public awareness about the importance of physical health and healthcare and also people’s role in keeping environment clean, pollution free and hygienic. As a part of this campaign, on 12 November, Popular Front of India's Chamrajpet Division, New Guddadahalli, Devarajurs Nagar, Vinayaka Nagar, Janatha Colony & Old Guddadahalli carried out the cleaning work. The same was repeated again next day in Padrayanapura’s 8th Main, 9th Main, 13th Cross &  Arafath Nagar’s 13th Cross. The campaign included awareness classes and demonstrations on environmental protection, disease prevention, yoga, physical exercises and right food habits and motivated public about the important role of exercise in providing men and women of all ages with healthy life. The same programme continued in and around Hebbal & Dodda Bettahalli area too.
 
 
Over 100 volunteers and well-wishers participated in the campaign.
