Rs 21,000 to each BBA/BCA student of Deoband college

Deoband: Islamia Degree College Deoband’s Principal, Dr. Asjad Turki said here on 20 February that the state government has given Rs 21,000 to every boy and girl student of this college of Chaudhari Charan Singh University, Meerut, who have taken admission in this college’s BBA and BCA subjects for depositing their fees. He said that this is the only degree college which has deposited full amount of fees of its students in their bank accounts. In addition to these subjects, the fees of boy and girl students belonging to other backward classes for LLB, BBA and other subjects have also been deposited in their respective bank accounts.

In addition to the fees, the scholarship amounts of Rs 3300 for each student will also be deposited soon in their respective bank accounts. He further said that the students have been asked to withdraw their money from their accounts. He said that a competition in sports like table tennis, badminton, kho kho and other games will be held in the first week of March. The successful teams will be honoured with awards in addition to certificates to all the team members. In addition to all these, a boy or girl student who secures first position will be honoured with the College’s founder, (late) Ikramul Haq Award 2011.
