India won’t permit Pak to interrogate Fahim

New Delhi: There is a possibility that India might turn down Pakistan’s request to interrogate Fahim Ansari, the alleged LeT operative. On the contrary, India might suggest Pakistan to take decisive steps in nabbing the culprits of Mumbai terror attack. Such indications will follow once union home minister P. Chidambaram peruses the Pakistani list of demands which include permission for interrogating Fahim Ansari. It may be recalled that a special court had acquitted Fahim Ansasri and another accused Sabauddin Ahmad who had earlier been accused of undertaking recce of targets in Mumbai.
