Dil Jodo Yatra

Khudai Khidmatgar Youths from various parts of the country organised a yatra named “Dil Jodo Nafrat Choro” to unite the hearts and thoughts of the people of western Uttar Pradesh. The yatra was flagged off from Dargah Hazarat Bu-Ali Shah Qalandar at Panipat by Khudai Khidmatgar Leader Faisal Khan, Hali Panipati Trust General secretary Advocate Ram Mohan Rai, Prof Prem Singh from Delhi University, Peace Activist Chandra Mohan Pauhal, Sarvodaya Mandal Panipat District President Jai Bhagwan Sharma, Rights Activist Dheearaj Ghaba were also present. The participants in the yatra were Inamul Hasan (Puducherry), Mahipal Saraswat (Rajasthan), Ajmad Khan (Madhya Pradesh), Gurumukh (Haryana), Dhramveer Singh (Punjab), Mursaleen Chauhan

(Haryana), Surendra Chokar, Ram Phal Saini and Shakeel Ahmad (Haryana).

The youths interacted with all the section of people, distributed literature regarding communal harmony, peace-building and  had dialogue with religious leaders.

The yatra went from Panipat travelling through Sanauli, Kairana, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Roorkee, Haridwar and ended on 23 December at Rishikesh at the Parmathi Niketan Ashram of Swami Chidanand Saraswathiji.
